About
From serving as a partner at the fast-paced civil litigation firm of Fredrickson, Mazeika & Grant, LLP, to opening her own practice in 2011, Michelle has demonstrated her ability to be an effective advocate across numerous fields. Hailing originally from Denair, California where Michelle grew up feeding calves and painting fences on her family’s dairy farm, she now splits her time between the Bay Area, Central & Southern California representing a variety of businesses and individuals across the State. Michelle has had a tremendous amount of success representing a diverse group of clients from large construction and towing companies throughout the state, to various medical practices, technology companies, and an array of start-up business ventures. She has extensive experience in estate planning for young professionals looking to secure their future, as well as mature individuals who seek to protect valuable assets and provide for the next generation. In addition, Michelle has also successfully litigated and resolved numerous cases involving business conflicts, personal injury and wrongful death, professional malfeasance, property disputes, and product defects.
